Access to the paid services (e.g paid on-line courses, webinars, reports) takes place only after palcing the order and paying the fee. Verification of the payment and confirmation of the Participant’s participation at paid service takes place after the payment is credited to the Owner’s bank account, which may take up to 48 hours.
§4 COMPLAINTS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE Payments
The author undertake to ensure the highest quality of services provided. The author is not responsible for disruptions in the functioning of the platform caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference of the Participants/Users. Disruptions in the functioning of the Website may be complained about by the Participant/User of the Website sergiiblog.com by reporting the problem to the the e-mail address: sergiid.blog@gmail.com
After activating the paid service, e.g buying on-line course, reimbursement of costs for withdrawal from the contract is not possible, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Law, art. 38 points 13.
